Adrian Queally Ltd have the ability to breakout and remove both small and large sections of concrete thanks to cutting and breaking equipment. This includes breakouts to yards, roads, runways, concrete walls and structures. This allows for removal of unwanted concrete, preparation for repairs or new constructions.
Concrete repairs are prepared by;
1. Cutting out square sections using concrete cutting machinery
2. Breaking out sections using handheld or machine breaking equipment depending on the circumstance
3. All rubble is removed and the breakout is cleaned out
4. The substrate is saturated and primed
5. Steel reinforcement is added where applicable
6. The specified material is then applied and finished to the highest standard by AQL
Traditionally yes, between breakout, removal, reinstatement and curing. However, AQL have skilled operatives with experience to remove and reinstate while causing minimal disturbance.
